I use Cardova to create a mobile application. The problem is in the emulation of the application on the phone. The ADB utility does not see my device. In the Device Manager, my device can be seen. It will be determined through two drivers:
– Android AdB Interface,
– MTP portable devices.

System – Windows 7 64 Bit. Installed Android Studio 64.

In adb_usb_ini, the device ID is prescribed, did not help.
What to do how to achieve to adb seen the device?
