All text (PHP ) The files on the site are encoded in UTF-8 without BOM (NOTEPAD ++ ). On the site everything is displayed as it should.

If you fully copy the site to the local machine and run in Denwer , crocamers get out. If you change the file encoding on ANSI in the notepad, then everything is displayed correctly.

Question: Is it possible to make Denwer Understand UTF-8 ? Because encoding all files there and here quite tedious.

As always, I found the answer when I already wrote a question …

The question is solved like this: we take /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf, open. We are looking for the ADDDDEFAULTCHARSET Windows-1251 string and change it to “AdddefaultCharset UTF-8”.
