I wonder if there are at least some translation templates for programming languages. The question may sound a little strange, but it’s still interesting to know.
For example, it would be cool to translate the code from Pascal to C++, from C++ to human =)
Although it will not be easy to develop something like this ….

There are no translators. Especially what you want 🙂 Pascal is regular structured programming, and C++ is an object-oriented language.
