I want to pour my daddy to the guithab, but when I click Commit, it gives me an error:

An error occurred. DETAILED MESSAGE: COULD NOT OPEN ‘C: /USERS/Name/Desktop/Lab/LabS_2016/Lab_4/Lab_4.vc.vc.opendb’: The process cannot access the file, since this file is busy with another process.

It seems that I have nothing but Visual Studio is not running and the code is closed. But the error gives. So where did I roll and how to fix it?

Apparently, some kind of process holds this file open.

To find this process, download Procmon , Wheel in it File name.
