recorded an ISO image on a USB flash drive and recorded it through Microsoft utility at home through my bios in the computer everything normally defines and makes loading, and from the HP250 G8 BIOS 2.0.2.0 laptop does not see the flash drive
UEFI BOOT does not define not flash drive nor an external hard disk What could be the problem?

Problems:

1. USB problems

2. File system drives

3. Secure Boot is set to True in the BIOS settings themselves

Check the USB states in service, check the Secure Boot value in the BIOS, check the storage drives themselves, check whether the drive can be loaded on another device (not just displayed in the list, and what would be possible fully loaded). Try overwriting an image using another utility.
